10 COMMANDMENTS OF GREAT NUTRITION

1. You shall never skip breakfast

2. You shall eat every three to four hours

3. You shall always eat a carbohydrate with a protein

4. You shall double your fiber

5. You shall trim the fat from your diet

6. You shall believe your mother was right:  eat your fruits and vegetables

7. You shall get your vitamins from food, not pills

8. You shall drink at least eight glasses of water a day

9. You shall consume a minimum of sugar, salt, caffeine, and alcohol

10. You shall never, never go on a fad diet!
