WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT 11

- He who has no fire in himself cannot warm others

- A palace without affection is a poor hovel, and the meanest hut with love in it is a palace for the soul (Ingersoll)

- When God measures a person He puts the tapes around the heart and not the head

- The head learns new things, but the heart forevermore practices old experiences (Henry Ward Beecher)

- You will find that if you share your friend's burden, both of you will walk a little straighter

- To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides (David Viscott)

- Love at the first sight is easy to understand.  It is when two people have been looking at each other for years that it becomes a miracle

- Talk not of wasted affection, affection never was wasted (Henry Wadsworth Longfellow)

- Hard things are put in our way, not to stop us, but to call out our courage and strength

- There is no better exercise for strengthening the heart than reaching down and lifting up another
