PUT SPACE IN YOUR SCHEDULE

1. STOP

Take a little time every day to think - not just about what you are doing but also why you are doing it

2. PREPARE

Prepare the wrecks of life.  Even when things go wrong, planning ahead can help us pick up the pieces and keep moving forward

3. ADJUST YOUR ATTITUDE

Focus on the good in a situation

4. CONCENTRATE

You must discern what your gifts are and what they are not.  Say yes to the best, and do not rise up to everything others want you to do

5. ENERGIZE

Engage in energy-renewing activities.  The difference between space and stress is the difference between your limit and your load.  If your load and limit are the same, you need to work on the limit, because sometimes you can't do much about the load.
