2. Take four big healthy yawn
3. Say a prayer
4. Push back the sheets and jump out of bed
5. Take a shower
6. Look forward to something
7. Execise for at least five minutes
8. Brush your teeth
9. Think positively
10. Take a walk
11. Breathe deeply
12. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate
13. Consider who you can encourage today
14. Thank God for the sunshine and the rain and that you have the strength to appreciate whatever the day will bring
